TERMS & CONDITIONS
The translation shall not start until the Translator receives the following: - A Purchase Order which specifies all the requirements - The whole text to be translated - Agreement of Terms & Conditions signed by the Client - Deposit of 5% of the agreed payment for translation
1. Payment
Prices are based on the rates settled by the Translator. Prices may vary according to the nature of the text and the translation deadline. Minimum charge is a subject to agreement between the Client and the Translator. Full payment shall be made to the Translator within 30 days after the invoice date. If the Client fails to make the payment by the due date, the Translator will add an interest charge at the rate of 1.5% per month until the full payment and the interest charge are made by the Client. Payment may be made by cheque or bank transfer (Pay Pal will be added shortly)
2. Cancellation
In case of cancellation of a commissioned translation, the Translation will claim the payment for the translation already done. The cancellation shall be done in writing. The Translator is entitled to cancel the contract in case of providing proved inability to complete the translation due to circumstances lying beyond its control.
3. Delivery
The delivery date shall be agreed after the Translator has received the whole text to be translated. The delivery date may be a subject to amendment in case of any changes of the text made by the Client. If the translation is not finished by the due date, the Client is entitled to cancel the contract, however the Translator is not liable to pay any damages to the Client.
4. Complaints
Any complaints connected with the translation done should be made in writing to the Translator within seven days of receiving the translation, however it does not release the Client from making the full payment. In case of a complaint, which is valid and accepted by the translator, the payment and the improvement or substitution of the work completed are a subject to agreement between the Translator and the Client. 5. Interpreting The Client must inform the Interpreter about the time and place of interpreting well in advance. The Interpreter has a right to cancel the agreement if the time and/or place previously agreed are changed by the Client. |
